Our daily lives are often consumed with an extraordinary amount of information.  Phone calls, emails, text messages, meetings, news telecasts... we are bombarded with information.  While that information may in fact be good, if we are not cautious we can end up on mental and spiritual overload!  Too often what matters most ends up occupying our thoughts the least.  The result... procrastination!

The children of Israel found themselves more than willing to wait to occupy their lives with the Lord's house.  The Lord went so far as to send a prophet (Haggai) in order to stir their hearts and get them back to work on His house. 

This year we are asking the Lord to stir up our spirits when it comes to His house and purposes.  In January we studied about having a Passion for God's house. In February we are going through the Minor Prophets to discover God's Passion for His People.  Beginning later in the year we will seek discover our Passion for God by studying the Sermon on the Mount. 

I hope and pray that you will consider the ways of your life as we seek to build the Lord's House!
